Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Why do I need to complete this compliance process?

U.S. companies carry withholding and record-keeping obligations on payments made to people outside the United States. Before onboarding can finish, they need a signed service agreement, a non-disclosure agreement and your tax documentation on file.

How long does the whole process take?

About 15 business days from the day we receive your uploaded documents. We email you at each stage, so you always know where your file has got to.

What happens if my documents have mistakes?

Our team contacts you by email with exactly what to correct, and re-checks the corrected version at no extra fee.

Will I get proof after submission?

Yes. After approval you receive an official compliance confirmation email with a document ID.

Why is there a fee involved?

The fee covers legal verification, digital record handling, notary documentation processing and secure submission. It is a standard administrative fee.

Is the notary fee refundable?

No. The fee covers document handling, notary verification and system administration charges.

Who is verifying my documents?

Your forms are reviewed by our compliance specialists, who follow ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001 certified protocols for information security and document verification.
